Still mourning the loss of the wagon though. Very badass looking front end compared to the non-V car.

The headlights look skinny and that bothers me.

Not quite the case, just the angle of the shot. Theyre smaller than the first gen, but look great on the car.

2014 was the last year for the CTS wagon.

Damn. Thought you got rid of the hemi wagon for a CTS from somewhere that wasn't Pine Belt. You were about to have a very short tempered Ben on his way to north jersey to forcefully repo a V12 Benz in defense of his family's honor.
Luckily that is not the case.

I actually took the HEMIWagon today too.

I'm pretty amazed at how good my phone is, even at such a massive size image. Not only that, but you can see the reflections in the badge itself.
As for the Caddy, I'm really digging that grill. Like, if I have a CTS-V wagon, I would seriously consider finding a way to swap that grill onto it.

What phone? I'm regularly impressed by the shots I can get with my iPhone 6, when I take a little time to take it well.
I've seen a few people say that the 3rd gen CTS/CTS-V is the pinnacle of the Art & Science philosophy, I tend to agree. GM as a whole seems to be getting things right under Mary Barra, I really hope this continues and puts them back on top.

Oppo N3.
The second gen CTS-V coupes really didn't look good to me. I was told that people would come in specifically asking for them constantly, but to me, it was love it or hate it with the rear of that car.
The first gen sedan bodies, wagon (obviously), and now current generation (3rd), along with the ATS look incredible. The -V package is wheels and bumpers, but really tie the car together incredibly well. Cadillac has finally broken the stereotype of "old person car" and is breaking back into the performance era. That twin turbo V6 is nothing to scoff at when you're at a stop light, it'll come to life really quickly. Faster than many people expect.
I didn't take a picture of the two when they were next to each other (CTS-V and CTS-4), but the appearance of the V is quite good. The new badge is also something to be very proud of. It's a really good take on their iconic badge, and works incredibly well with today's designs. If I were in the market for a car like that, I certainly wouldn't overlook the possibility of a Caddy.

I agree with all your points. If I was in the market, Cadillac would be very close to the top of the list for consideration. The new badge is lovely I think, getting rid of the wreath and enlarging the shield makes a great visual statement. Everything ties together exceedingly well now.
